As when I was younger and I had no problem letting my blood boil and letting that anger go. Now a days I find it better to not "unleash that beast". I find that as we grow and become alot more mature the fun of youth drops off and you learn to appreciate things in a different way. Guess that why babies got it the easiest.

Motivation is an important thing in my workouts. I work alot of odd hours so like many people the gym is not only a place to clear the mind and soul, but a place to use up agression and calm the body. My lifting times can be 4 in the AM or 10 pm. I used to motivate myself with a picture of the best I looked or my bro who was always a lifter. Making him go "Damn" when he sees what I look like. Lately I have been motivation myself with thought of not feeling uncomfortable around this amazing woman I met. She is as well into bodybuilding andn I want to look good when I am around her. She thinks I look good but much like her and everybody else on here its never good enough.

Woke up at 5 am to get in a workout before work. Most people at work dont get me and why I do all this. This is my world and what I can change. Like my bio says. This is a place when its only about me. I enjoy the damage and gains I can make in the gym while I workout. I can make my body change as I work harder and harder. Some of the crew get the game and some even have started to get into it. They ask for advice on supps and other things. Its cool to know that I have obtained the knowledge that they need. All I can do is come on here and learn as much as I can. This is the woirld I choose to live in. Thank you to all who have shared their knowledge with me.

Well, the move is done. I am in my new place save a few items. Was tough trying to move a lifetime of furniture and crap into a new place by yourself. Well had a little help. Now at least I can relax and focus on the gym again and now its only 2 flights down. Starting again Monday. With my work schedule this week end I won’t get a chance sooner. Can’t wait now I can go everyday if I want and never have to drive there.
