New week begins
Monday, February 26th, 2007The weekend is over and the new one began. I changed up my schedule so I can get my 3 workouts in this week. I wasn’t to bad over the weekend off from lifting. A few beers to many but other wise I was good. Was nice not to lift for a few days, but really looking forward to hitting it up hardcore again. Legs tomorrow. Can’t wait.
