Also, I would like to add that I have done no specific cardio. Other than my street dance classes, it has been the fast paced training and diet which has caused the fat loss.
Which goes to show, you don’t need hours of boring cardio as many will have you believe- it drains your strength and muscle size- just look at a marathon runner!

I love dancing.. you’re right, it’s a great cardio workout.

Ah well I’m still pretty new to it….so still learning routines……starting to do breakdance though, so that should be good for overall strength conditioning
