Also, I would like to add that I have done no specific cardio. Other than my street dance classes, it has been the fast paced training and diet which has caused the fat loss.
Which goes to show, you don’t need hours of boring cardio as many will have you believe- it drains your strength and muscle size- just look at a marathon runner!

So I’ve been on this for about 5-6weeks now. Very surprised how I havent felt desperately hungry- which I find on low calorie dieting. The only downside I have found is feeling tired- but then you will get that with ANY fat loss dieting, so not really a downside.
The fat has fallen off me very quickly, and I dont think I’ve lost much, if any muscle, as I still look good and have mainted pretty much all of my strength

Hi all…first post
I thought I would post up some of my thoughts and experence on the Ketogenic diet. I first found out about it when readin about Vince Gironda. He recommends basically zero carbohydrates, with a carb-up meal every 5-6 days
