Diet is the most one of the most important things in staying fit.

I keep thinking I can eat a regular(mass population) and stay fit.

Do men have periods too? …

Do men have periods too?

My sister in law and I were talking today and she said the my brother acts like a women on his period.

Do men have mood swings and is that for only 1 week out of the month.

A joke:

Two young boys walk into a pharmacy one day, pick out a box of Tampax and proceed to the checkout counter.

The man at the counter asks the older boy, “Son, how old are you?”

“Eight,” the boy replies.

The man continues, “Do you know what these are used for?”

“Not exactly,” the boy says. “But they aren’t for me. They’re for him. He’s my brother. He’s four. We saw on TV that if you use these you would be able to swim ,play tennis and ride a bike. Right now he can’t do either one.”
If women are on the rag (excuse the expression) what are the men on?

they have that commerial on that shows if you use tampons you can play tennis ride a horse and smile…what do men have to buy to do this when thay have a man period?

Do men become bloated with beer,yell uncontrollaby at sport events?..etc

Do men stain their clothes when they have a man period? I sure a few short have train track out there. LOL
