					<description>Glad I could help out.  I was just trying to find an easy way way to get my abs done and set a goal that did not involve counting reps as that gets BORINGGGG!!!!  Exercising until the song stops (and then cranking out another rep or two) keeps me focused on form and finishing the set.</description>
