oh tomorrow. . .
is measuring day. . .after chest and shoulders going to measure arms, forearms, waist(my most important measurement), chest, and hips. . .i think. im hoping that my bodyfat % has dropped over the past week. ive picked up the intensity the best i could and ive been watching what i eat. ive really upped the whey protein and ive been taking animal cuts for about a week now so hopefully it has helped along with fish oil, max cla for my big 3 meals and 5-htp and zma at night before bed. anyways, today was a good back and traps day, in one week after starting to do deadlift again i went up by 90lbs to 225 and hopefully next week ill hit 315! this after having to take a yr off to let my acl heal.
