Health

Had health test done yesterday and I am proud to say that I am healthy :) lol 27.1% and considering my goal was to be down to 28% by December 20th I am happy :) lol

also, my heart has 52 beats per minute which apparently is good as anything under 60 is excellent…?

Blood pressure was slightly low but nothing to worry about and had good lung capacity.

Also I realised I don’t think I have grown since I was 10 years old lol ah well at least I have a good physique to put muscle on.

I am happy and sending good thoughts to everybody :) Hope ya get em!

I lost my running virginity!

Today I ran outside for the first time! I’m comfortable in the gym and don’t run outside cos I’m very self-conscious and also I normally end up not keeping to a good pace. I sprint and then get out of breath in 2 seconds! But I tried today and did intervals of walking, jogging and running for nearly two hours! Plus I ate really healthily today - mucked around with a few ingredients and came up with a tasty dinner/snack. Just get a pepper, put it in the oven for a while, then stuff it with Quorn chicken pieces, low-fat coleslaw, chunks of mango or pineapples and a few raisins. Yummy! I’m really proud of myself today :) and I’m gonna do some abs before bed.

Starting a diet today for 6 weeks. I already have a healthy diet but I want to cut down more at weekends too. I’m also gonna bust my ass good and proper in the gym 4 times a week as well as try to be more active outside of it too. Gonna take up more cardio I think as main goal is to fat burn. Wish me luck!
