Time
August 28, 2009I need more of it. working full time, and decided to take classes again, full time. And trying to stay dedicated to fitness is tough, and depressing. I’ve dropped weight to about 182 now. It’s not bad but I haven’t lost much around my waist like I wanted. I’m looking for a 30in waist max and am sitting at a 33.5. It was up to about 35in at the top of my weight gain cycle. Now, not only am I having a tough time making it to the gym everyday like before, but I just plain don’t have time somedays, and that depresses and frustrates me. -sigh-… Well, let’s see what I can get done this weekend.
