im down to 275pds last time i checked im starting to stay away from the scale and more to the bodyfat i normally do weights and cardio everyother day i do 30 minutes on the eliptical and do a full body workout with the weights its been working for me so far i want to become an personal trainer i would love to move to florida i’m really motivated i was going to the gym everyday now i have cut back i cant stand cardio but i love lifting weights but i also know cardio has to be done im starting to catch more eyes my family is noticing my body i feel so much better about myself and tips im all ears
