That will be torture baking cakes, and not being able to taste them. Are you wanting to learn a different way of baking cakes,ie American style? I hope you have fun doing it.
I hope you knock them dead in Sept., good luck.

Hi,
Sorry to hear about the poor judging at the show. I sounds like the judges needed to all be on one page, but they were not. I encourage you to keep training for your next show, and hopefully it will have better judges. What show are you planning on doing?

You've heard it a thousand times I'm sure, but I presume its worth reiterating. If you were'nt panicked (IE nervous), you most likely don't care. Nerves are the natural stimulus we should use to assist us with doing things that are important to us, better.

Thanks :-) Well, I hardly ever change my workouts. Why change something that works, rigth!! So I pretty much do the same thing, which is: 2 warm-up sets 12-15 reps. 4 working sets, 12-10-8-8 reps, adding weight to every set. My favorite exercises are "Lat pull down", "cable rope rows", "bend over dumbbell row" and "hyper extensions". I sometimes throw in some "close-grip front lat pull downs" or "seated one-arm cable rows" depending on energy level. I try to keep it simple :-)
