I’m stuck
It just seems like I cant get below 148lbs, and that is so darn frustrating. Its probably due to the change of diet and some water retention from my daily creatine intake, but still
However its not the first time I get stuck at that weight. It happens every time I diet, the weightloss magicaly stops at 148lbs for a week or 2, and then it starts to drop again. The mirror tells me that I’m right on track and I’m making progress, so I shouldn’t worry. But I guess its only natural with a little pre-contest panic even though I’ve done it before :)

You’ve heard it a thousand times I’m sure, but I presume its worth reiterating. If you were’nt panicked (IE nervous), you most likely don’t care. Nerves are the natural stimulus we should use to assist us with doing things that are important to us, better.
