meltdown!

Today the low carbs got me! I had a major meltdown, did not want to compete anymore, nothing was working and I was no longer seeing any progress! Really tough day. I was mad at my trainer (for no reason) and I just wanted out! So I sent her an email saying that I could not go on for 7 more weeks like this and she changed my diet and 1/3 cup of oatmeal has completely transformed my personality and mindset! I am approachable and happier again! Lesson learned: always talk to your coach!

    Sorry to hear you dropped out.
    This is the hardest thing you can do.
    You did it before,maybe rethink your decision.
    I had to do low carbs to zero carbs the last 6 weeks out from my last show,I was fighting the low carbs to the zero carbs, think but you see the results.

    Don’t ever give up! Wow if I were lucky enough to get carbs at 7 weeks out:) When you first adjust your diet there is a 1-2 week timeframe for your body to adjust, I know it is difficult, but look at the overall picture and result. Is that 1/3 cup of oatmeal a day going to help you or hurt you onstage, not now? I am on no carbs, 4 days no fats, 1 day fats. Believe me somedays I wonder why I do it, but I look at my transformation and how I am going to kill it when I get on stage! Stay strong you will be great!
