I guess I have to give up

Sad to say I have to put down my workouts to the side due the having two jobs, I just don’t have any time or energy left. I am sure I will hit the gym from time to time but from the way things are going it will be rare.

Any spare time I do have I like to spend sleeping. I really need more sleep.

 I’ll be back, I hope.

Suffering

My work out is suffering due to working two jobs. I really don’t know what to do anymore because I don’t have any energy at all to workout. I don’t know what to do.

Bulking up pretty well

I can see my shoulders getting much bigger & my abs taking shape. I think I am killing myself by working out at 3 in the morning but from the looks of things, it is becoming worth it. I took a second job as a security guard for a club, the only thing I worry about are the guys bigger than me but I am getting much respect. Maybe it is the fact that I am 6′ 6"?

 Oh well, this week I plan to see how many time I can make it to the gym, we’ll see what happens.

Right on time

The time was 3am this morning, I made it to the gym. I had a nice run, played some basketball with myself after working out. I think I came back strong doing about 7 or so exercises. My body looks way better than I have ever seen it. If something seems off I work more on that but for what I am doing I am proud of myself for doing it. More work to go but I think I a doing really well.

Early morning blues

Well I went to the gym this morning at 3am. I found it somewhat invigorating & it really woke me up & prepared me for the day. This may be something I can get used to. We’ll see.

The one problem I am having is keeping track of my workouts though.

What a disappointment!

So now that I am switched my gym, I went to my local 24 Hour Fitness last nite about 10:30pm & it was so packed. WIth over 30 treadmill machines there was not one available. Then the whole weight area was just rediculous so I ended up doing 20 minutes on the eliptical & going home.

Next I’ll try to go early in the am, but this whole thing makes me miss the intimacy of my old gym already.

Location change

I had to cancel my gym membership today due to it being so hard for me to get to workout on the weekend. Plus after work I just want to go home. Now I am at 24 hour fitness. Not bad of a place, I look forward to geting in some swimming now. Also, it is way cheaper than where I was going which is a major plus. I won’t feel so bad for missing anything but I feel better I can get up in the middle of the nite & got around the corner to workout.
