Afternoom

1. Bench press 5 sets

2. Floor Press 4 sets

3. T bar rows 3 sets

4. bent over rows 3 sets

5. shoulder press 4 sets

6. shoulder shrugs front/back 3 sets

7. non weighted dips 2 sets

8. weighted dips 3 sets

9. resistent bicep curls 4 sets

10. hammer curls 2 sets

11. abs
