Happy New Year!

Sorry I haven’t posted much lately , but with the holidays things can get hectic.

Anyways things are basically the same for me as they have been for about a month… so i’ve thrown some cardio into the mix and back on a Ketogenic Diet ( which i seem to really enjoy and get the best results from !! ) Just after 3 days im down about 5 lbs…mostly water yes but that is always good for motivation!!! Change does a body good!

My coach has a 12 week transformation going on with a bunch of his clients so i decided to give it a whirl.. an extra push and it is good to see others have goals and try their best to reach them!! that takes me into april..so hopefully by that time ill reach my goal of 15% body fat…maintain for a little bit then decide on which show i want to do IF i decide to do another show in 2008! Right now one of my motivations is my brothers wedding in september 2008 im in the wedding party and of course want to look good in a dress :)

anyways im off to get my gym gear in check and hit my back today!

Happy New year may all your dreams , goals and wishes come true!

I’m curious about the Ketogenic Diet, particularly for my wife… Do you have any links to move info on it? You’ll look awesome for the wedding, just don’t upstage the bride too much! :P
