			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey everyone I have to say sorry, I havent been on bodyspace in over a month now!!&nbsp; Actually I got a pretty bad injury and had to have shoulder surgery, so it was a little depressing talking about lifting since I won&#8217;t be able to do it in a LONG time! so Im going to try to get caught up on my replies to everyone and add everyone who added me as a friend! so Im really sorry, and I appreciate all the encouragement everyone has given me, I&#8217;ll get to ya&#8217;ll soon!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well These past few weeks have been interesting.&nbsp; I adjusted my split a little bit, I think its going to work out.&nbsp; I guess I have just been feeling like I&#8217;ve been in a bit of a rut lately.&nbsp; I know I havent even been serious about lifting a year yet&#8230;but I feel like I should be further along in my progress.&nbsp; Maybe Im too hard on myself, well&#8230;I know I am! I workout harder and more consistently then about anyone I know&#8230;.and I should be proud of that. I am starting to get to obsessive about being perfect about eating, and I really need to chill..because I think it is hurting me more than helping me right now.&nbsp; And I will hopefully get the body I am looking for one day, but I need to at least try to be happy with the one I have right now, even if it is not perfect.&nbsp; I know I am lucky to have all my abilities and talents and I need to stop taking those for granted and focus on what I have and not what I &quot;should&quot; be.&nbsp;&nbsp; I guess I need to just keep my head up *sigh*

I think it might be a little too high volume though, I didnt quite make it through today because I was so worn out, I only did one bi exercise instead of 2 and two back exercises instead of 3&#8230;maybe I just need to adjust though.&nbsp; I was on a 3-day fullbody before. so yea&#8230;.we&#8217;ll see how it goes, Im going to give it a little more time

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Im having a hard time figure out what I want to do with myself&#8230;I just want to be lean and cut, but I feel like I lose muscle in my upper body pretty easily so as soon as I try to lean down a bit my arms look tiny.&nbsp;&nbsp; So I cant figure out if I want to really try to put on some muscle while its winter time, and I dont have to worry about being a little soft (if I can handle that).&nbsp; or if I should just diet down and see how much muscle I can keep.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Grrr&#8230;..I wish I could do both at the same time! hahaha </p>
<p>So right now I am going to be doing full body 3 times a week ( used to do 4day split, but I tend to overtrain)&nbsp; and adding cardio in about 3, maybe 4 times a week.<br />
With my diet, I think I am just going to try to get enough protein, but I feel like lately I&#8217;ve been&nbsp; making more progress when I just listen to my body and what it wants rather than trying to get specific grams&#8230;..of course I always eat very healthfully though!!</p>
<p>I need to post new pics, all of them except for my abs are like 3 months old&#8230;and I have made some progress since then <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
Well, lets just hope I figure out what I want to be doing&#8230;and hope I get my body there!

Squat (light day)- 3&#215;10-115 lbs ATG,&#160; 2&#215;8-135
Good Morning- 3&#215;12- 75 lbs
Walking Lunges- 30 dbs
Stationary Lunges- 3&#215;8-95 lbs
One leg calves- 3&#215;15-30 dbs
Rope crunches
