New program

So this morning I just finished my first week on the new program….Im not sure how it is going to go yet though. Its  a program in M&F, Got it out of Its a 4 day split..yea I know I left out the details:
1-Quads, Hams
2-Chest, shoulders, Tris
3-Cardio
4-Chest, shoulders, Tris
5-Quads, Hams, Calves, Back, Bis
6-Cardio
7-off
I think it might be a little too high volume though, I didnt quite make it through today because I was so worn out, I only did one bi exercise instead of 2 and two back exercises instead of 3…maybe I just need to adjust though.  I was on a 3-day fullbody before. so yea….we’ll see how it goes, Im going to give it a little more time

    I suggest doing:
    1-quads, hams
    2-chest, shoulders, tri’s
    3-cardio
    4-back, bi’s
    5-quads, hams
    6-chest, shoulders, tri’s-cardio or cardio on day 7 instead of being off.

    Your 2 chest, shoulders, and tri’s day’s need to be spaced apart more. If you really want to train legs and chest, etc. twice a week than space them apart more for recovery purposes. Also, give your back and biceps their own day… I don’t think anyone could have a productive workout with back & biceps after a leg workout. This is just what I would do, but if you think that split works well, than keep it up.
