New program
Thursday, January 25th, 2007So this morning I just finished my first week on the new program….Im not sure how it is going to go yet though. Its a program in M&F, Got it out of Its a 4 day split..yea I know I left out the details:
1-Quads, Hams
2-Chest, shoulders, Tris
3-Cardio
4-Chest, shoulders, Tris
5-Quads, Hams, Calves, Back, Bis
6-Cardio
7-off
I think it might be a little too high volume though, I didnt quite make it through today because I was so worn out, I only did one bi exercise instead of 2 and two back exercises instead of 3…maybe I just need to adjust though. I was on a 3-day fullbody before. so yea….we’ll see how it goes, Im going to give it a little more time
