What do I want???
Thursday, November 30th, 2006Im having a hard time figure out what I want to do with myself…I just want to be lean and cut, but I feel like I lose muscle in my upper body pretty easily so as soon as I try to lean down a bit my arms look tiny. So I cant figure out if I want to really try to put on some muscle while its winter time, and I dont have to worry about being a little soft (if I can handle that). or if I should just diet down and see how much muscle I can keep. Grrr…..I wish I could do both at the same time! hahaha
So right now I am going to be doing full body 3 times a week ( used to do 4day split, but I tend to overtrain) and adding cardio in about 3, maybe 4 times a week.
With my diet, I think I am just going to try to get enough protein, but I feel like lately I’ve been making more progress when I just listen to my body and what it wants rather than trying to get specific grams…..of course I always eat very healthfully though!!
I need to post new pics, all of them except for my abs are like 3 months old…and I have made some progress since then
Well, lets just hope I figure out what I want to be doing…and hope I get my body there!
