Legs! My favorite :)
Well Todays Workout went pretty good…I felt pretty tired though , not sure if it was still from when I donated blood the other day, but anyways it went like this:
Squat (light day)- 3×10-115 lbs ATG, 2×8-135
Good Morning- 3×12- 75 lbs
Walking Lunges- 30 dbs
Stationary Lunges- 3×8-95 lbs
One leg calves- 3×15-30 dbs
Rope crunches
I think I lost a couple pounds this week..which isnt really a good thing since I am trying to bulk, but for some reason last week my appetite suddenly stopped. I have no idea why I havent been hungry, but I know I havent eaten a whole lot of calories…Oh well I’ll try to stuff it down
