Down to 305 and going well.
I’ve got a good diet going, but I only had 1660 calories yesterday. People are telling me that is not enough.
Anyway, I’m doing a 3 day full body routine I found here on bb.com. You do a full body workout each session, so 3 times a week.
I get about 40 minutes of cardio in a day. This seems to be working.

Good job, keep it up =) Yeah, it might be a bit extreme for your height. If you notice weight loss stalling or extreme fatigue, up the calories.
