Well, I had a pretty good workout. Thanks for the previous comments, guys.
My weight crept up a bit but I won’t do an offical weigh in untill sunday.
I’m just sticking with it and tracking what progress I can make.

I’ve got a good diet going, but I only had 1660 calories yesterday. People are telling me that is not enough.
Anyway, I’m doing a 3 day full body routine I found here on bb.com. You do a full body workout each session, so 3 times a week.
I get about 40 minutes of cardio in a day. This seems to be working.

I got heavy again…then lost some back.
I’m down to about 314 right now.
I did about an hour of carido yesterday (Total) and lifted legs.
I hate this goes so slow.

Well, I lost 7.5 lbs this week.
I did it with eating right… weights and cardio.
It was a bit more than I expected.

Well, had a good workout day.
I did chest shoulders and Tris.
Did my 45 minutes of cardio and that felt fine today.
I am down 2.5 lbs. Whoo hoooo

Today was back and biceps. That went ok. I also did 45 mintues of cardio.
That was murder. Felt like it took two hours.

No real weight lost this week. Maybe 1/2 lb.
I tried out the new 24 hour fitness by my house.
It was cool.
Did legs today and about 40 minutes of cardio

Ok, I am going to be weighing in about lunch time today.
Of course I am a bit worried, but I shouldn’t be too much. I have lost 2 inches on my waist. I wasn’t expecting that.
I didn’t work out this weekend (I wasn’t planning to). Well, I did some walking. Anyway, I needed to let my feet and hips recover from the treadmill and eliptical type trainer I was using last week.
I’ll post the results later.

So, here is my basic plan.
I am doing a two day split. Upper-body, lower body. 5 exercises for each … 4 sets each exercise. Then I am doing 20 mintues of cardio.
I will do a total of 5 days a week. With one day of just cardio.
My tendancy in the past was to over-do it and quit.
I can stick to this.
Diet is going well. I’m down about 5 lbs in the past week.
