Yum.
I made a tuna patty for lunch and it was so dang good. I actually just made it up. I used a can of tuna in water, drained; one whole egg; bit of Panko bread crumbs to bind the tuna together; mesqueite bbq seasoning; and parsley flakes. I mixed it all in and then had it in the fridge to set for a bit (in a patty form). I cooked it in a pan drizzled lightly with extra virgin olive oil and had it sitting on a 1/2 c of spagetti. To top it I used about a teaspoon of mild salsa and voila. IT WAS delish.

That looks good - I made a tuna patty one time but used oats instead of bread crumbs. Yum….. I’ve gotta do that again soon..
