Wow. So it’s day one for my new workout plan courtesy of Stevep78… I had to get up at 330 to get to the gym by 4 and work out, so I can actually do my whole day without having to skip a workout.. The sleep monster crept upon me and I defeated it! Whoohoo! I have to say kudos to him (stevep78), because I never had to make myself push through to finish that one last rep.. Come cardio, MAN.. I DIED in that workout. It was a HIIT and I never felt so powerful having to actually accomplish that workout! I usually feel lazy and want to just blah be bored during my workouts.. but thanks to his plan, the PFD… I feel very accomplished. I feel sucessful and wanting to actually follow through the whole plan. I never felt so positive.. Which is Awesome!!!  

I’m so weak right now.. shaking and feeling the burn of the workout.. Whew…

my tuna creation.I made a tuna patty for lunch and it was so dang good. I actually just made it up. I used a can of tuna in water, drained; one whole egg; bit of Panko bread crumbs to bind the tuna together; mesqueite bbq seasoning; and parsley flakes. I mixed it all in and then had it in the fridge to set for a bit (in a patty form). I cooked it in a pan drizzled lightly with extra virgin olive oil and had it sitting on a 1/2 c of spagetti. To top it I used about a teaspoon of mild salsa and voila.  IT WAS delish.

Whoo.. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY DID I GIVE UP IN THE FIRST PLACE???? I totally forgot that exercising feels OH SO DAMN GOOD. I just finished a 45 min cardio session @ the local gym in which my membership will end this month :-(   I started out with a HR of 117 and during my cardio session i peaked at 176… Idk if thats good. I’ll be looking that up in a few. I got off, and I’m stretching then I get in my car and Im like WOW.. that FELT SO GOOD. WOW. I totally dont understand why I gave up in the first place.. Im so gonna keep it up and BUST my arse off.. Hopefully I’ll not overdo it.. I wasn’t so hungry today, which was a verrry good thing, especially since I’ve been overeating for the last 3 months. I did my strength workout this morning, and then went to school and then did my cardio… So.. yeah.. not eating much, but did eat 5 meals a day. WHICH IS EXCELLENT for me. THis is starting off very well…. Lets jus pray I keep up my motivation levels.

UPDATE

So.. Yeah.. since the last blog.. I had purchased Mitotropin.. YEAH.. no.. I had a bad reaction.. It went great first couple days.. then I started crashing, eating much more, breaking out like crazy.. made me super cranky as well… So I just returned it and got a refund.. So since then.. I’ve really GAINED alot.. say like 50 lbs in like a 2/3 month period… agggh..

Its so frigging frustrating.. I stopped all my supplements and just really let go. I didnt work out, just sat around and ate like a pig. Stopped drinking water, drank alot of soda, ate Mickey D’s almost everyday.. Lost my job, started slacking around in school..

I have no friggin idea what happened. No actually I do, I got depressed and was just frustrated that I didnt see results as quickly as I wanted. I fell into the group of expecting results overnight.. yeah.. MESSED UP!

Got to the point where last night I told myself… I have got to stop. I need to do this. I want to do this for my health, for my kids, for my husband… FOR ME mainly. I want to be the fit and very healthy mom,  I want so many things from my life.. And I had enough of always being the chubby one in the family. My siblings are either wicked skinny, or pretty thin.. Not buff or fit, but thin.  I’m so sick and tired of being the one who eats alot, and steals the food late at night..

Lets jus say I HAD ENOUGH..

So this morning, I took a serving of Superpump 250 to give me that boost and actually worked out for 45 mins.. doing some strength exercises, and ab work.. did a little bit of jump roping..

Tonight after class, Im gonna head out to the gym and kick my ass on the damn elpitical for 45 mins med intensity to get back in gear…

This time I WILL NOT LET GO! I will accomplish my damn goals!

Gaspari Mitotropin

So I just got my Gaspari Mitotropin a little over a week ago, and i havent started it until today. I wanted to ensure i got the diet down pat before i actually took them pills. So, I only started with one pill 2x today. I started first day of the 5th year of college (majors changed 3x along with a waitin list of 3 years), and i had to work this morning before the whole day of classes. I was basically up since 2 am and went to work at 4 and classes at 9 until i just got home about 1 hr ago (8pm). I didnt do cardio today, because i was stupid to not do it. But I am doing my work out tomorrow..  However i just wanted to say that only taking 1/3 of the reccommended dose, i did not CRASH and drag my ass around. I actually kept busy the whole day with out wanting to crawl into bed and sleep. That was A VERY GOOD thing! heh, however i didnt feel quite what i expect of the product, so tomorrow im gonna up it up to 2 pillls 2x a day, and see how i feel then. I did eat very little carbs today, pretty decent protein, and little healthy fats. Didnt eat exactly how i wanted to eat regarding my busy ass schedule today. Its gonna be like this every monday for the rest of the semster. Gawd… hah. But i didnt eat junk and bad food. i ate clean. So thats a totally good thing. I did have to ensure that I ate or i think i could have gone the whole day without eating.. Hmm. I wonder what 2/3 of the doses is gonna be like.. We’ll find out tomorrow. I just work from 5 to 2 and ill eat before i go work and every 3 hrs then. something small and simple but sufficent in protein and low in carbs… Well im off to bed now.

Suh-weet

Excellent! I got my new supplements in YesterDAY!!!  ahah!! im excited! I finally got a new job working as a phlebotomist, which gives me pretty decent paychecks with the hours i work.. Geez.. But It totally takes away  my time to work out. But I asked for it.. Oh well.. Anyway.. i finally ordered some new supplements ive been dying to get… SuperPump 250!! whoo!! haha.. Im just starting it today, and hopefully it’ll do what it claims.. I actually took it about 25 mins ago and am feeling a rush now. Suhweett!! haha.. Wow.. lets see how it works during my home workout session before church.. i actually got my daughter back from 3 months vacay with her dad in chicago, and i really missed her. so i cant just leave the house and go work out anytime i want to now. Now i actually have to GET UP WICKED EARLY again, and go work out at the gym and then shower then go to work until 2 and then go home, then spend the day with her and oh crap, starting up my Bachelors classes (for Nursing) in 2 weeks.. aAGGhh.. see now im just rambling on.. haha. Wow, does give me the energy i needed.. Hmm…. Lets see how it performs.

Whew…

I am so proud of myself today. I’ve been doing a new program at this new gym I just have joined about a week and half ago. I was so reluctant to actually getup today to go and work out so i can be on with my day. I set my alarm at 330 to get up and I had to debate with myself to get up. I was so proud that I did not just sleep in and miss a work out. I went to the gym and worked my chest/tris off. Im a little weak now, because my muscles were used heavily!! haha.. Its all good. Im just so proud of me, knowing that I finally did not let a desire to sleep in cause me to miss a workout!! whoo WHoo!!

So. Having a second chance…

My Driver’s Lisc is currently suspeneded.!  haha.. Good thing, it gives me a chance to work on my cardio. I actually work about 9 miles from my house, and i will be riding a bicycle to work. So iM kinda ery about riding to work. I know it will take me there. but my main concern is that if i will be getting any benifits from riding 18 miles a day.  If anyone knows of the benifts, let me know. thanks.

ok. question

Ok so ive lost some more weight, i mite b gaining muscle considerin im liftin more etc… BUT im also loosing inches from my waist, however… I notice that my "flab"  from my belly is looser. Im tryin to figure out how id lose it and get it flat.?????   Any advice???????

So I’ve been slacking. Haha. My husband came into town and I just put it off to spend more time with him,  THat was a mistake. BUt i’ve kept my eating clean so i still managed to lose some inches. My weight stayed the same. but the inches started to get smaller. Im getting back to doing my cardio.. I will hopefully kinda jump start my weight loss again.
