making progress

Ive been working on doing cardio about 4 times a week and wt training 3 times a week and focusing on my diet.  Im leaning out a bit. Hopefully I can post a pic soon….

Im doing it

Little by little- im lifting heavy and watching what I eat and im getting results. Im not going to lose it this time. Ill post pictures when I can- right now my computer is acting weird and I cant.
I haven’t weighed myself yet, I’ve just have been doing measurements.
