Hello everyone,
I’m back again. I’ve been stateside for almost 2 weeks but finally got the internet. I’ve missed this website. Wondering how everyone is doing. I have been going to the gym everyday and upped my calorie intake with protein intake also. I can finally actually eat six meals a day almost. I’ll continue to work hard hard and make gains. Hello everyone. To me this is my late night post. It’s almost 1:30 am my time. I did go to the gym today and proceed to smoke my back. I have not been going/pushing myself to the limit I believe for lack of a workout partner. I am the type that likes to go heavy almost all the time. My workout partner leaves tomorrow and I still have a week left. Obviously I won’t quit but it seems like the level of workouts isn’t the same. I need to workout with someone that is stronger/bigger than me. That would so motivate me til no end. Well, tomorrow, I will probably do biceps/triceps , abs ICW running. Not sure yet. Possibly legs. I see all these ripped sets of legs and I’m very jealous. In a good way though. It makes me want to achieve that level. I know that it will take time, but I’m willing to take the time. Thinking now that the relief has shown up, possibly hitting the gym twice a day. Undecided. Well, everyone have a great night. I’d like to give an inaugural hello to my new teammates on Team SuperMaine. Thanks for the acceptance and lets push each other to the limit. IF YOU AIN’T CAV…… I hadn’t broke it out in awhile. Hahahahahahahaha.

Well, first things first, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I am doing good here in the sandbox. Time is definitely coming to an end. YESSS!!! I cannot wait to step foot on U.S. soil. It’s going to be so nice. I have already made plans to raid the GNC probably. Going to invest in some good stuff. Hahahahahahaha. You know, I can almost think of no other place I’d rather be than here fighting for my country. Their’s only one other place I’d rather be, and that’s with my family. Just to let ya’ll know, I’m going to hit the gym hard tonight and tomorrow. Heck yeah!!! Cannot give up now. I’ve been doing some running to tone up and feel great. I really do. I have been able to maintain army standard even though I’ve put on weight. A good thing for me. That means I’m not top heavy. YES!!! One goal of mine is to get my legs pretty ripped and develop some good abs. Like a washboard. I’ve toned down my eating habits. I still eat alot but healthy stuff. Well, thanks everyone for all the support. Guaranteed. Ya’ll have a great Holiday and MERRY XMAS!!!!! Enjoy it. Maybe we’ll have an awesome Christmas dinner.

Hello again everyone. Just reflecting on my last workout which happened to be Tri’s and Bi’s. I worked out with my regular workout partner for about 45 minutes until he left, and then ran into two of my buddies and worked out for another forty five minutes. What a great workout. My arms are smoked and it feels good. I had such a good pump after it was all over. Very nice. I’m hoping tomorrow I feel it even more than today. We implemented skullcrushers in with chest pullovers and then close hand bench press with no breaks. That was after already doing two different workouts of curls and and two different triceps workouts. Overall, I feel pretty good about the whole thing. My goal when I get back to the states is to start doing more cardio. I want to tone down on the bodyfat level by 6%. Make it to around 9-10% bodyfat would be awesome. Well, have to get back to actual work, so I will definitely talk to ya’ll later.

Hello everyone. Right now I’m at work and I will admit I am doing nothing. Nothing at all. It totally stinks for me being an active individual who likes to get out and do stuff. Well, for last nights workout, I worked shoulders. I did 4 to 5 workouts with my lifting partner and then when he left I completed two more exercises. I tried to attempt to do plate raises with a 35 lb plate but I was smoked. So smoked. After the one set I managed to complete I left. Today I am planning to do arms most likely. I want to go heavy to increase my arm size. I definitely going to work my forearms also. They have been neglected for so long. I want them on par with the rest of my body. Well, take care everyone. Well, last night I proceeded to do a light chest workout. My workout partner did not feel like working out. I went to 175 lbs x 4 set x 6 to 8 reps. I also did cables, incline, decline, and dumbbell press. I’ve decided I’m definitely going to change up my workout a bit tonight. Got to re-shock the muscles. Too much routine. I’ve been changing up the eating habits also. Feeling better. I’m trying to get bigger and stay lean. I cannot wait til I get back to the states. A bigger selection of food to eat. More healthy stuff. One thing that I just thought about was I really want to eat some fresh vegetables. Well, take care everyone. You know I got to finish with it. IF YOU AIN’T CAV……….

Well, last night I did not go to the gym but feel like I got a good workout. I had to move to the transient barracks to get ready to leave. What a pain in the a@# but was glad to do it. I did get a good workout though. I carried a fridge, my mike, my rucksack, and numerous other stuff up and down those stairs(where I stay is on the second floor). A plus though, my new home is right above the gym. Heck yeah. Tonight is shoulders. To me that’s my worst body part besides my abs. I’ve been eating well. Alot of tuna, vegetables, no sweet things, but eating alot of food. Trying to eat healthy and gain mass. I pretty much eat all day. i’m still deciding if I’m going to go heavy or light. Not sure. i’ll make up my mind when I get there. Well, ya’ll take care. Good luck to all my fellow soldiers, and get home safe. Everyone keep on pushing it to the limits no matter what. Well, I feel stronger and I know that I am, but it seems like I never get bigger. That is crazy to me. I lift heavier and have correct form. I eat all the time, and take protein but I never get bigger. In a way I hate that fact. Being big never ran in my family but I want the size along with the strength. For the upcoming year, that will be my goal. To get bigger. My goal weight is 230 lbs of just straight muscle. Maybe when I get a little bit older my metabolism will slow down a bit. Just a bit though. Probably not much, if you saw my dad, you’d see why. With all the guidance I get off of this website, gaining some mass shouldn’t be too hard. We’ll see. Well, talk to ya’ll later. Well, I’m feeling pretty good tonight people. I hit my goal of 300 and am very proud of myself. I attempted 305 but to no avail. No big deal. For being a tall semi-skinny guy, 300 is good FOR NOW. I won’t stop at that though. Now, I’m going to try to put on more weight and to keep making gains. Everyone on this website has been an inspiration for me and very thankful. Hope everyone is having as much success as me in the quest. My workout partner went from starting out at 95 lbs to maxing at 225 tonight. Pretty good for someone who’s worked out for about 4 to 5 months in my opinion. Still got three weeks left over here and will push it til the end. I definitely plan on keeping this up when we get back. No doubt about it. I’m not much of a drinker so shouldn’t have to worry about that part that much. I just will have to avoid the fast food. Nothing wrong with splurging once in awhile just not all the time. Even people in the ARMY get too big. You’d think we’d be able to avoid that huh? Nope. It happens. Army P.T. is only too maintain not to improve. You have to do that on your own time. I’m going to continue putting my heart and soul into it, and transform myself into something great. Well, thanks for listening, motivating me, and putting in alot of hard work in improving yourselves. You want to know something, alot of people think the U.S. is killing itself. You want to know how? By not maintaining good physical fitness. Predictions are coming around that will kill of our own nation. It might be true. Who knows? So, lets avoid that and set the standard ourselves.
