Today I broke through another barrier…increased my DB Shoulder Press from 80 to 90 lbs (well, 3 reps, but it’s a great start!) Hopefully in the next month I’ll be able to get up to 100 lbs.
Finally made it to pressing 60 lbs dumbells on my own, no spotter. Took a chance this morning and pushed out three reps at 120 lbs. The men around me were simply amazed, lol.
Progess! This morning I increased my max DB Bench Press from last week. Last week: 3 reps at 110 lbs. This morning I increased it to 5 reps @ 110. Next workout I’m going for 120 lbs.
