I had a good workout Sunday. . . I’m just now getting to the computer. I went to the gym and did a lower body workout - - squats, lunges, etc. It was sooooo nice outside that I didn’t want to come home. Instead, I went to the track and ran the stairs at the stadium. I had on some 1 1/2 lb leg weights. Since it was my first time, I said I would do it for :30 minutes. The workout was OK. I only took brief rests between up and down stops. I left there and went to the car wash. I am so glad that daylight lasts past 5PM!
Needless to say, MY LEGS ARE KILLING ME THIS TUESDAY NIGHT!!!! WOW! but, I think I will hit it again Thursday on my way home from work! The upper body seems to be coming along rather well. I gots to get rid of that cottage cheeze on my thighs. I think if I keep it up, it will become a regular routine.
