No ups no downs
Ok so no weight loss this week. I did pick up my weight routine so that’s the only explanation I can find (I tend to build muscle really fast) but Im still going to push my cardio a little more this upcoming week. My diet was a little slack this week - it sucks that everyone keeps trying to feed me. lol how many times have I heard the phrase "If you need to lose weight then I must be a cow!". That’s a hard thing to respond to.
Regardless, im not letting the lack of numbers this week let me down. Im a little upset that I already know my diet is gonna suck on Friday. Family tradition demands that I eat pizza every February the 13th. Lol why couldn’t my families first meal when we landed in Canada be a Salad? I’ll wake up extra early that morning and try to double my cardio and as much as it will hurt I will only have two slices.
I have my next progress check on Saturday so I’ll let you know how that goes. Wish me luck =o)

I think that’s everyones weakest link in reaching our goals…Family time and tradition..
But…where would we be and who would we be with out those ; )
You do look great….no doubt there…I to am working on getting lean…Not easy…Never is…You’re in my prayers for a total and complete rcovery from your injury…
