Ruptured both patella tendons. Have been on my back for over 6 weeks.
Hopefully will be walking/Training in a few weeks.

This is day 15 of my body transformation. I feel great. Been doing cardio twice daily, 4am and late evenings after work. A bit drained today.
I had grilled steak all day today so it feels like a cheat day, but really it’s not. Steak and vegetables 3x today with a little hotsauce(awesome). 1 cup oatmeal and 10 egg whites scrambled every morining.
I’m still in quite a bit of pain from both knee surgeries, but nothing else matters except getting off this tremendous amount of bodyfat!!!! Everything else is a distant second.
I hope to see some marked improvements by my February 1 pictures.

Wish you the best on your way back…don’t over do it though, no your limits.
