Well this is the end of my first real week, and I say I did really good. I only missed one workout this week and the only reason I missed it was because friday I went and got my treadmil. Once I got it put together my back was too sore to lift weights so I had to skip that day. I don't think I did to well with the diet part this week though, I went out to eat at red lobster with mom and got the lobster lovers plater. So I figure that messed up my calorie intake for this week, however I am hoping the workouts helped make up for it a little bit. I dout I have lost the two pounds a week I am shooting for but hopefully I lost at lest a pound. Who knows I mite be in for a shock tomorrow when I weight myself I just hope the scale is kind.
