30 mins elliptical (resistance 8-9, HR 140-150)
Legs - 12 sets
Am starting to notice my HR taking a bit longer to get to 150 bpm than it used to, a sign of getting fitter? Fingers crossed. Did barbell squats, deads and leg extensions today to get hamstrings a workout without having to do leg curls, therefore cutting down the time my workout takes.

45 mins elliptical (resistance 8-9, HR150-160)
Chest and Tris - 16 sets
Going to bump up either my weights or reps next week, definately improved on last week. Have been thinking of using fitness as a goal to finally get into a martial art of some description, once I get where I feel my body needs to be I might start looking around and which one is best for me.

30 mins elliptical (resistance 7, HR 130)
Shoulders - 16 sets
Did cardio before the workout again and I think I will keep it this way. Did low intensity cardio today due to DOMS in quads/hams/glutes from yesterdays workout. Woke up this morning ravenously hungry, so allowed myself more to eat that I usually do. Feeling good, todays workout was great - love shoulder day!

30 mins elliptical (resistance 8-9, HR 140-155bpm)
Legs - 14 sets
I decided today to do my cardio before my legs, because usually after I do legs, they are like jelly and I cant get any intensity up in my cardio. Worked well! Deciding whether or not I should do it everyday instead of warming up before weights, lifting then doing cardio afterwards.

Decided today to give working out during lunch a go, and it kicks arse! Free weights area is empty, only a couple of cardio warriors on the ellipticals, all quiet and lovely. Its so nice to have a break in the middle of the day and get out of the office, especially on a day as beautiful as today. My boss goes for a 2 hour run in the middle of the day, so I decided to move my workouts to the same time of the day - if he can do it so can I, I figure! I am very lucky to have a workplace with such flexible working hours, I can take 2 hours out in the middle of the day and either work early or late (or both) to make up for the time - so much easier to get the motivation to work out together that way rather than trying to muscle my way onto the lat pulldown machine at 6pm when the gym is packed.
Did chest and shoulders today as well as some cardio, going back tomorrow to do cardio only. Feeling good!

The weather outside is absolutely phenomenal today. I am excited about the idea of the days getting longer from here on in, the weather getting better, the sun coming out earlier! I am going to have a fun spring/summer of training ahead, I can just feel it
Back into it tonight, going to get back amongst all the sweaty people and lift some weights

Just got over the stomach flu to kill all stomach flus. Right now at this point in time I can say I actually feel at 100% health! It’s been a while, probably since being so run down from the house fire etc. I finally feel like I have caught up on all my missed sleep, I’m not ridiculously tired all the time and things are looking good!
So, I’ve been working out some meal plans for the Lifestyle Cut Diet, have been getting a shopping list together and things are looking like they are on track for a full on re-entry to training by next week, but I need to get paid so I can buy my supplements. I am going to buy some stuff from SciVation/Primaforce - some BCAA’s and such - I want to buy some kinda as payment for having the diet for free. It’s been so helpful - and all the information in it about healthy fats has really cleared things up for me, I feel like I’ve got enough info to do this right! Daniel said that he wants to follow it too so I’ll have 100% support at home!
