KETO
I havent posted in here for a while! Rest assured I have not slacked off on my training for even a day. My diet was crap last week, so this week I decided to start a keto diet. I am now eating the final meal of day 3 and I’m going really well, no real carb cravings and only the odd headache - and plenty of energy, more than when I was eating carbs. Doing the training program outlined in the "Step by Step" keto thread in the nutrition forum, and my triceps, chest and shoulders are so sore today.
Seems so wrong eating a diet that is 65% fat, but I’m not really having any problems at all. I bought some ketostix, which I will try soon to make sure I am undergoing ketogenesis. I have a hens weekend this weekend, I dont think the diet will be too hard to keep up, I’ll just eat my meat and cheese and everyone will just think I am joining in the fun
