Cardio
Yesterday was a pretty tough day for me.I did as a friend recommended.On the treadmill I did 8 mph for 5 min then down to 7mph for 5 more minutes.Rest for 1 1/2 minutes then repeat.I did this 4 times.Then we hit the bag,3 minutes non stop and rest for 1 minute.Again for 4 sets.We finished with some grappling .Our goal is to build endurance.i’m still not back to lifting ,but the pain is just around the corner.I will go back into it hardcore.
