LOOKING BACK

As i sit here thinking about the past, present ,and future,I have to do a lot analyzing.All the time i’ve spent in the gym,has it paid off?Not going out and partying,clubbing,drinking,and all those things others do to enjoy themsleves,was it worth it?Working out on weekends,at night,morning,birthdays,holidays was that the right thing to do?How far will doing this take me?Where will I be 2,5,15 years from now?So many questions run through my mind,and yet to some of these I already know the answer.I have no regrets and I will continue to do this my way.I want to better myself year in and year out.No turning back just pushing forward.I will let time be my ally and I will look forward to being the best I can be.This is my life,this is who I am.

    BRO YOU HAVE TO DO FOR YOUR SELF F EVERYBODY ESLE MAN.. IF YOU WANNA STEP ON STAGE THEN DO IT. IF YOU WANNA BE on the cover of M&F then do it.. WORKING OUT IS A LIFESTYLE YOU HAVE TO BE DISCIPLINE IN THE DISCISIONS YOU MAKE.. NOT every body can get up @6am n do cardio n then train @ night.. 5x a week. also be very precise in a diet n watch what they eat!
