change it up
At this point in time I’ve decided to change my routine.I’ll be starting a new workout program.Even though I’m not sure exactly what it will look like,I know i have to take a break from lifting heavy.My joints are sometimes aching,and I know its the weights.I’ll probably takeĀ a week off first,even though i hate to do it.I’ll look forward to seeing some positive changes in my physique.
