Todays workout
Today was leg day for me.It’s always a brutal one for me or actually for my legs.I start off with calves.I do 4-5 sets of standing calf raises about 12-16 reps.I move on to seated calf raises 4 sets of 15-20 reps.Then some times I throw in some toe presses on the leg press.Those give me a burn from hell and a great pump.As i’m doing toes raises I also warm up with leg presses.On leg presses I do 4 sets.Heavy and about 8-10 reps.Then I move on to squats.These are tough but also a must.I go as heavy as I can and bust out as many clean reps as I can.On these I do 4 sets,or do 5 but with less weight and lots of reps.From there I move on to lunges or front squats depending on how I feel.Also 4 sets of anywhere from 6-12 reps.Then I hit hams with stiff-legged deadlifts.I like these better than lying leg curls,which i do after.Both are 4 sets of 8-12 reps.I stick to proper form and do moderately heavy or heavy as I can .I feel lightheaded sometimes but it goes away.I love the feeling afterward,it’s what keeps me coming back to this place.Exercise is very addicting ,I can’t even explain the feeling.
