As i sit here thinking about the past, present ,and future,I have to do a lot analyzing.All the time i’ve spent in the gym,has it paid off?Not going out and partying,clubbing,drinking,and all those things others do to enjoy themsleves,was it worth it?Working out on weekends,at night,morning,birthdays,holidays was that the right thing to do?How far will doing this take me?Where will I be 2,5,15 years from now?So many questions run through my mind,and yet to some of these I already know the answer.I have no regrets and I will continue to do this my way.I want to better myself year in and year out.No turning back just pushing forward.I will let time be my ally and I will look forward to being the best I can be.This is my life,this is who I am.

At this point in time I’ve decided to change my routine.I’ll be starting a new workout program.Even though I’m not sure exactly what it will look like,I know i have to take a break from lifting heavy.My joints are sometimes aching,and I know its the weights.I’ll probably take a week off first,even though i hate to do it.I’ll look forward to seeing some positive changes in my physique.

I started off sort of slow but as i went along the intensity flared.I love it when you get that pump and you feel like you can keep going all day.I had a rather short but intense workout.I can’t describe the feeling i have right now,but those of you who love doing this as much as I do know exactly what I’m talking about.This is what keeps me coming back for more.I WILL NEVER STOP LIFTING,THIS IS MY WAY OF LIFE.

Last night i went ot bed early and got about 9 hours of sleep.I had a great day at work ,so today I am going to give it 100%.I expect to do well.So I have to push myself once more and expect nothing less than a good workout.Today is my day and thats that!

I took today off to recuperate.I had about 3 1/2 hours of sleep.My intention was to go at it today but i’m feeling very low on energy.So rest is a must.

Today I did chest overall my strength was not as usual but I think I did good.I added a new supplement and I can say it helps with getting pumped.

Today was leg day for me.It’s always a brutal one for me or actually for my legs.I start off with calves.I do 4-5 sets of standing calf raises about 12-16 reps.I move on to seated calf raises 4 sets of 15-20 reps.Then some times I throw in some toe presses on the leg press.Those give me a burn from hell and a great pump.As i’m doing toes raises I also warm up with leg presses.On leg presses I do 4 sets.Heavy and about 8-10 reps.Then I move on to squats.These are tough but also a must.I go as heavy as I can and bust out as many clean reps as I can.On these I do 4 sets,or do 5 but with less weight and lots of reps.From there I move on to lunges or front squats depending on how I feel.Also 4 sets of anywhere from 6-12 reps.Then I hit hams with stiff-legged deadlifts.I like these better than lying leg curls,which i do after.Both are 4 sets of 8-12 reps.I stick to proper form and do moderately heavy or heavy as I can .I feel lightheaded sometimes but it goes away.I love the feeling afterward,it’s what keeps me coming back to this place.Exercise is very addicting ,I can’t even explain the feeling.

A decision must be made about how far you will go to accomplish your goals.You must know that if you don’t give it 100%,you won’t get to where you want to be.Talk is cheap and only those who have it set in thier heart and in thier mind will make it happen.Along the road you will be put to the test.Many times you will doubt yourself and wonder if what you are doing is really worth it.Is all the time and effort you have put into it going to payoff?When are you going to start seeing results?Do i have what it takes?Many sacrifices will have to be made.You must remember never to lose hope and be very patient.Give it evrything ou have ,and accept nothing less than what you really want.When everything is said and done, you will learn more about yourself and be mentally tougher.You will know that you left out nothing and gave everything,and If you did it right,you will be a success.No one can ever take that away from you.

I was feeling rather low on energy today ,probably because of work,so i decided to take today off.I’ll take today to reflect on everything that I have going on in my life.Also I will watch Rocky Balboa.I didn’t have chance to watch it in theaters so I’ll relax and watch it at home.And yes my journey will continue.
