I know this has nothing to do with BB but there were some peeps that left a message.My ISP is acting up so i apologize to you ,i’ll be back as soon as this problem is overcome.
My first day on Storm and Shock Therapy by Universal was yesterday.Immediately after i consumed the Shock Therapy it kicked in.I felt light headed and kind of weird,i guess it was the caffiene.I couldn’t sleep at night.Today i used half the dose maybe that will help.I really don’t need the energy boost i’m after the pump.
I turned 27 today.I can’t believe how the years have gone by.I feel way younger than my age.Anyway today was back and shoulder day but i had to work late ,went in at 7am got out at 10pm.I guess i’ll enjoy whats left of my birthday.But tommorrow i’ll hit the gym with a vengence that’s a promise.
I’ve been bulking for some time now this summer i want to shed the excess bodyfat and get rid of the water as well.I was looking to up my cardio and improvise my nutritional plan.Im also looking into using a natural diuretic ,im open to any suggestions.
Today is leg day for me.I hurt my lower back 6 months ago.Ever since i dont squat as heavy.I know its hindering my progress.Seeing a chiropractor helped out tremendously but im not where i want to be as far as squatting.I wonder if anyone who has had a back injury can give me some advice on proper form or speeding up recovery?This may haunt me for as long as i train,but i will never quit .I’m addicted to excercise.
This is my way of training traps.i usually do about 4 to 6 sets of dumbell shrugs and thats all.I use a weight i can do about 12 to 16 strict reps.I hold the contraction at the top for 2 seconds ,i only go down and up.i’ve seen others do these in a rolling motion im not sure why.As for the poundage I don’t use a lot of weight maybe 90lb dumbells .I also train traps after back.
