been out of the game for awhile due to being struck with pnuemonia 2 times within 6 months. Dropped me down to 160 and i am trying to build it back up.

I haven’t been on here in awhile due to work and trying to out process this base, can’t wait to leave…the only thing i will miss is the beautiful summers. I am one pound away from my goal of 175. I wish i could post a picture of myself 3 years ago to show how far i have come in wieght…prolly around 40 lbs. I won’t be on that much this comming week due to my son’s first b-day coming up, can’t wait! I missed his birth and the first seven months of his life due to iraq. But we military people have to make sacrafices so the United States Civilians can have the things they have today and take for granted. If your not one of them then i thank you! Oh yeah, The war is not a "mistake" or just about oil. Don’t believe that crap and don’t bash it unless you have been there and paid your dues!!!!!! Don’t believe that OBAMA guy. I would love to see him pick up a gun and go in there. He would prolly drop it and run the other way. Anyways… I just got my animal pump and m stak in the other day have been on it for 3 days now good stuff. What am i talking about….its awesome S*^T. That gaspari crap i was taking is nothing compared to this. Plus i was sick of spending so much money. And if anyone is reading this and would like to respond with what workout music they like to listen to then please do. I listen to rock mostly godsmack, bullet for my valentine, and trapt. Sorry i am just really bored!

Sorry i haven’t updated this in a while or my lifitng stats. I started a new workout program this week. Its Gaspari’s Advanced workout. I like it so far. I pulled a muscle in my shoulder a week and a half ago and it just healed up all the way yesterday. I was so mad that i let this happen but i guess you trying going heavy then something is bound to happen.

I had a bad day today. I woke up later than i wanted to. I Couldn’t find my id so i could get on base and then i found it under my seat after 15 minutes of waiting to be varified. Then after my workout that was good but not the best even though i broke some personal best i realized i forgot my creatine for the day. So i sat down at this computer after arming up the oncoming shift i went to put in "Pumping Iron" to cheer myself up and what do ya know i left it at home in the dvd player so alls i have is an empty movie case. I know tomorrow will be a lot better.
