April 29, 2008It has been a week since I have made a BB account and things are not going so well, I think the stress of planning a wedding, and finals has really caused me to loose control of my eatting habits. I’ve begun to write down what I’m eatting so that I can be aware of what I am eatting. A mistake I’ve been making is I’ll eat something healthy like chicken breast with no added salt, and then I will reward myself with chacolate, I know that is a major mistake and I’m paying for it on the scale. So yesturday I put all the processed and unhealthy food that was in my kitchen in a large bin (I would have thrown it away but it’s the food my boyfriend eats). And later this evening I’m going to workout with a friend, so I hope this will get me back into the mindset of being healthier.
