It has been a week since I have made a BB account and things are not going so well, I think the stress of planning a wedding, and finals has really caused me to loose control of my eatting habits. I’ve begun to write down what I’m eatting so that I can be aware of what I am eatting. A mistake I’ve been making is I’ll eat something healthy like chicken breast with no added salt, and then I will reward myself with chacolate, I know that is a major mistake and I’m paying for it on the scale. So yesturday I put all the processed and unhealthy food that was in my kitchen in a large bin (I would have thrown it away but it’s the food my boyfriend eats). And later this evening I’m going to workout with a friend, so I hope this will get me back into the mindset of being healthier.

The Begining

I am basically a novice I am to using this site to help me chronicle the transformation I hope will insue over this summer and continue on throughout my life in the hopes to live a clean lifestyle. I have always been overwieght, and still physically fit, but now I am sick of being the chubby girl. I am getting married this summer and I have ten weeks to make a change, I think my expectations are reasonable, and I am eager for anyones advice for me. Please understand I am trying to build to foundation to life-long fitness, and if you do choose to reply there will be many questions from my end.
