I’ve been eating exactly the same as I have since I started counting my calories and this week I did a bit of extra walking and I gain 4 lbs???. If anyone can explain why this might be the case, I would be very happy indeed!

HARRY , yuo have so littel info in yuor profile so no one knows yuor strength let alone what yuor weekly workouts look like , IF yuo post daily on what yuo did , OTHERS and me will offer advice , but i cant cause i dont have enough info to go on,
well based on your last post it could be something you ate that day or it could be muscle and you know muscles weigh more -so in this respect it matters how you body image looks in the mirror -not necesssarily the scale weight and how you feel physically compared to the weight you see on the scale
I’m struggling with a similar issue. I have been hardly eating anything but a few meals, small, each day. Following Weight Watchers CORE program. Working out a lot. And I am gaining weight. Go figure, eh!
