So yeah, this blog thing. I dunno, I’m at 224 right now, shooting for 230 then thinking about maybe cutting a bit, maybe not. Trying to deadlift 400 by the end of May, currently 315 for reps. Regardless, all is well.

Well, after achieving the 230 lbs, it’s better to get through the cut stage. I don’t think you just wanna bulk up and not getting defined muscles. So, get that cut body.
