Wrok out report
Yup, the thrill of reporting on working out is a thrill, let me tell you. I still go, I’m making progress. The Novedex has been the best discovery for me, really helps a lot. I still have yet to try the Muscle Tech products, after cracking my damn tooth on their protein bars, I’m not sure if I even want to try the other stuff. So we’ll see what happens here in the next week or so.
