Well, nothing really to report. Continue to hit the Gym, increased cardio at this point to start loosing the weight. I like it, obviously because I’m still going, right.

On a higher note, my buddies in the classic English Hardcore Punk band GBH are going to be in Boise with the Warped Tour. Hell yeah, good times. Gonna road trip with ‘em up to the Gorge. Looking forward to it.

So I guess I have to do this now.

I worked out, I’m sore and it feels great to be back in the gym.

I hate locker rooms and guys who sit and size you up while working out. My first instinct is to put the barbell upside their head and then ask why they are staring at the fat guy.

 I guess the test boosters are working, aggression is a good thing, right.
