What I did this past week!
Monday :damn school gym was like, "No you need a school ID" I tried Serious.
Tuesday: 200 calories on the TRICYCLE…. and ABBBS
WEdnesday: 450 cals on the bike I burned 100 on the stair master. THen I worked on that machine where you close and open your legs a lot where the weights pressure is felt when you close your legs. I think I am a Masochist. SOUNDS DIRTY.. SORRY BF
Ok. So so far. I just realized that i gained 3 lbs. The way I know, well, I weigh my6 self everyday, Iknow I should not. But seriously it helps me be carefull with my diet.
Thursday. i burned like 200 calories on the stair master. and like 75 or 100 on the bike. Bike seat nearly raped me. I worked on abs, back and bicepts. I am sore today so thats good. I guess.
So I was weighing like 131 on Sunday morning and this morning I was weighing like 134. I was like WHAT THE HELL. ANd I’ve been watching my diet. ![]()
I am really hoping it is muscle building up, not fat tissue..:( IUUUUUU
K, gonna hit the gym today FRIDAY
