& bigger, & Bigger, & BIGGER, Should you tell your best friend about it? and if so, How should I go about?

Or just don’t worry abt it!
Or talk abt healthy way of life in front of them, like, not directly but so she can have awakening of some sort of…Or tell him(in front of her) how guys you talk these days really digg when girl takes care abt her aperance and health!
Possibilities are endless…
She wont get it tho…Otherwise you wouldn’t have to say anything…

This girl is starting to look like Shallow Haal…… Not Kid. I think she gained like 20 Lbs, in the last 2 months. I think she is purposely letting herself go. I asked her if she was Bulking, She didn’t even know what it was, if she did, she would have probably slapped me.!
