when it comes to bad cholesterol, how many whole eggs should a person consume weekly to prevent the bad cholesterol from building up in your body creating damage to your health?

Dietary cholesterol doesn’t increase your blood cholesterol. Saturated fats do that. Eat as many whole eggs as you want, they’re good for you. I’ve done as much as 8 whole eggs for breakfast daily during a bulk before and I still have low cholesterol.
Trixter is the bomb, but I’m not even sure that saturated fat is the culprit. Mine is low and I’ve never concerned myself with dissecting my food intake, macro this, or milligrams that.
Your family history is what you should pay attention to. And, again, get your cholesterol checked. It’s a simple procedure. Your family doctor or any g.p. can direct you to the facility to have that blood test taken.
