It’s dependent largely on genetics. Some react poorly to the cholesterol in eggs while others suffer no damage whatsoever.
My cholesterol level is unnaturally low at 130. I eat raw eggs. lol Protein is king. My grandmother grew up on scrapple, eggs, and other "unhealthy" foods and died at age 87 of something unrelated to cholesterol.
Get your cholesterol level checked. Does your family have a history of heart disease? Take that information and plan your meals accordingly.
